Shipping Policy

Worldwide shipping and delivery:

We offer worldwide shipping and delivery on all products within our collection.

How much does shipping cost?

Within the U.S. and Canada:

For all orders inside the U.S and Canada, we have a flat rate of $5.00 USD for the entire order. 

Outside the U.S. and Canada:

For all orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, we have a flat fee of $20 USD

Order confirmation:

Once you have completed your order you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your order has been lodged in our system.

Tracking:

Wherever possible, you will receive a shipment notification and a tracking number for your package. The shipment notification will come directly from the US Postal Service or relevant Shipping Carrier. The notification will have a tracking link that you can use to track your package

Delivery Time:

Domestic orders (within US) - All domestic orders within the United States are now delivered via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 3-4 business days for standard shipping. Expedited and express shipping is available; please contact us for arrangement.

International orders - All International orders are first handled by the United States Postal Service prior to their delivery to the national carrier services abroad. Please allow up to 3 weeks.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. All orders placed before 10am Pacific Time will be dispatched on the same day. All orders placed after 10am Pacific Time will be shipped the next day.

We would like to also state that while we do everything within our power to ensure your order is dispatched and delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns Policy

At this time, Sweateralls is unable to accept returns on any item. However, because we understand it can be difficult to determine whether the product on the screen is going to fit you properly, we offer a flexible exchange policy that makes it easy for you to exchange any product you have purchased from us online that doesn't fit you properly.

If you are in need of an exchange, simply inform us via email so we are aware of your exchange and we will provide you with our office address to send the products back to. From there we will exchange your product and express post it back to you so you can be in your new apparel as soon as possible.

Please note:

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
  • The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

All exchanges must be posted and returned within 10 days of receipt and returned in original condition*

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
